Ardrox 9VF2 Visible/Fluorescent penetrant

Ardrox 9VF2 Visible/Fluorescent Penetrant is a high-performance, high-sensitivity NDT inspection fluid designed for the detection of surface-breaking flaws in metals and non-porous materials. It functions as both a visible red dye penetrant and a fluorescent penetrant, allowing inspectors to perform dual-mode evaluations for maximum reliability.

This advanced penetrant is widely used in industries such as aerospace, automotive, power generation, and fabrication for inspecting welds, castings, and forged components. It offers excellent penetration capability, low background fluorescence, and high contrast indication under both natural and ultraviolet (UV) light.

Ardrox 9VF2 is azo-dye free and formulated to provide strong defect visibility with easy removability using water or solvent-based cleaners. It is compatible with standard NDT processes including pre-cleaning, penetration dwell, removal, and developer application.
