Ardrox 8506 flourescent magnetic ink

Ardrox 8506 is a fluorescent ink that is ready for use in inspecting ferromagnetic materials, structures, and components through the magnetic particle inspection method. This product contains finely-divided fluorescent magnetic particles suspended in a hydrocarbon carrier fluid. Under ultraviolet light with a primary wavelength of 365 nanometers, it fluoresces in a bright yellow/green color. The particles are chosen for their strong magnetic response and low coercivity to prevent coagulation, ensuring an extended operational lifespan. The hydrocarbon carrier fluid used in Ardrox 8506 meets AMS 2641, Type 1 specifications for Magnetic Particle Inspection Vehicles, with a flash point above 93°C (200°F). Ardrox 8506 is available in both bulk and aerosol forms.
